Adam Bierton is a nationally recognized sculptor and Food Network champion whose pumpkin creations have stunned millions across TV, festivals, and branded campaigns. Best known for winning Halloween Wars Season 5 and appearing on Outrageous Pumpkins and Hayride of Horror, Adam brings a rare blend of showmanship, fine art training, and seasonal magic to everything he carves.
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Adam started carving pumpkins in 2001 and developed a signature 3D sculpting style that turns ordinary gourds into extraordinary characters. With a background in sculpture and metals from the School of the Arts, his work combines technical precision with whimsical storytelling — often using everything from X-Acto knives to carrots and celery for teeth and eyeballs.
His giant pumpkin sculptures (some over 2,000 lbs) are a cornerstone of the New York Botanical Garden’s annual Fall-O-Ween celebration, where Adam’s live performances draw thousands each October.
